Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration, Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with VMWare Cloud Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving virtualization-related issues. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
