Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to project timelines and requirements, ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the clients effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Server Virtualization Tools, Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and best practices. - Experience in scripting and automation to streamline processes. - Familiarity with application development methodologies and software lifecycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
