Summary The role involves managing complex projects or functional areas, requiring strategic thinking and operational excellence. Candidate will work closely with senior leadership and clients to deliver high-impact outcomes aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities o Strategic Leadership: Define and execute strategies for area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with business objectives. o Complex Problem Solving: Identify and assess complex issues, create innovative solutions, and manage risks effectively. o Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with senior management internally and externally, influencing decisions and driving consensus. o Team Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. o Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and efficiency in all deliverables. Technical Experience o Must have 16+ years of experience with Kronos and at least 5 years of experience with leading large scale UKG Pro WFM product implementations. o Must possess deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, Boomi design and solution delivery. o Must have advanced UKG competency consistently and effectively, demonstrating mastery in complex scenarios and influencing outcomes at scale. o Ability to manage end-to-end processes, including planning, execution, and governance. o Drive project execution with a balanced approach - 50% technical leadership and 50% team management. o Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), and improved delivery quality through measurable KPIs. o Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to apply them to UKG Pro WFM solutions. Professional Attributes o Strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders. o Identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and own proposals end to end. o Advanced communication and presentation skills. o Leadership qualities with proven ability to manage diverse teams. o Analytical mindset and decision-making capability under pressure. o Collaborative approach with a focus on building inclusive environments.
