Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project specifications, developing software solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business needs. You will also engage in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design processes. - Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Strong understanding of web application development principles. - Experience with database management and SQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
