Summary: We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP Specialist to support data onboarding, profile stitching, audience creation, and activation initiatives as part of a large-scale Adobe marketing transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in XDM schema design, data ingestion strategies, identity management, and audience segmentation, with a strong focus on real-time personalization and multi-channel activation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement XDM schemas, datasets, and data relationships aligned with defined business use cases. - Configure, manage, and optimize batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines into Adobe Experience Platform. - Set up and maintain Identity Namespaces, Identity Graphs, and Merge Policies to enable unified customer profiles. - Build, manage, and optimize audiences using both the segmentation UI and SQL-based segment builders. - Ensure real-time audience availability and validate qualification logic and evaluation rules. - Partner with Adobe product teams, developers, and implementation teams to configure data sources, destinations, and consent frameworks. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to profile stitching, data mapping, audience qualification, or destination activation. - Collaborate with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Offer Decisioning teams to ensure data usability and activation readiness. - Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, profile KPIs, and segmentation logic. - Support platform QA and UAT activities and contribute to privacy, consent, and data governance reviews. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of AEP and RTCDP solutions. - Operate independently and progressively establish expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Contribute to solution development for work-related challenges. - Engage in continuous learning to remain current with evolving technologies and Adobe best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in: - XDM schema design and dataset configuration. - Identity resolution, including cross-device stitching and merge policies. - Audience segmentation, evaluation, and activation use cases. - In-depth understanding of the profile store, segment evaluation logic, and profile simulation tools. - Experience with batch and streaming ingestion via APIs or source connectors (e.g., SFTP, cloud storage). - Exposure to destination configuration, including Marketo, advertising platforms, and custom endpoints. - Ability to read and write JSON, understand data modeling concepts, and interpret segment qualification logs. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Adobe AEP Business Practitioner or Expert Developer Certification. - Exposure to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Offer Decisioning, or Adobe Tags. - Experience working in finance or other regulated industries. - Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL, and REST APIs. - Working knowledge of data privacy, consent management, and governance within the Adobe ecosystem. Additional Information: - 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing technology, MarTech, or CDP platforms. - Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP. - Technology Stack Focus: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Web SDK, Adobe Launch (Tags), Edge Network - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required
