Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based technologies and deployment strategies. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance for scalability and reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
