Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the established frameworks. You will also participate in discussions aimed at enhancing application performance and user experience, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Contribute to the documentation of application processes and technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues to enhance performance. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
