Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities: o Develop, configure, and customize AEM Guides (XML Documentation for AEM) to support Structured authoring. o Integrate DITA content with AEM Sites and Assets for multi-channel publishing. o Configure content reuse, translation workflows, content fragments, and publishing pipelines. o Implement DITA-OT customization, templates, maps, and publishing outputs (PDF, HTML5, WebHelp, etc.). o Work with DITA editors (Oxygen, FrameMaker, etc.) and integrate with AEM Guides. o Collaborate with tech writers, content strategists, and developers to improve authoring workflows. o Ensure system performance, scalability, and governance best practices in AEM Guides. o Provide support, troubleshooting, and upgrades for AEM Guides implementations. o Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for the AEM Guides platform. Required Skills & Qualifications: o Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5/Cloud Service. o Experience with AEM Guides / XML Documentation Add-on. o Knowledge of DITA, XML, XSLT, XPATH, DTDs, and Schemas. o Hands-on experience with DITA-OT customization and publishing. o Proficiency in Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, HTL (Sightly) for AEM customization. o Experience integrating AEM with translation management systems (TMS) and other third-party tools. o Familiarity with authoring tools like Oxygen XML Editor, FrameMaker, or Arbortext. o Strong understanding of content management best practices. o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Good to Have: o AEM Sites and Assets development experience. o Exposure to Cloud Manager (Adobe I/O, AEM as a Cloud Service). o Knowledge of content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, and search optimization. o Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. o Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Developer/Architect) is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
