Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity in Siemens Mendix. Your role will involve leading and managing software development projects in Siemens Mendix. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Siemens Mendix - Have hands on development to be done in Mendix - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior team members - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES (Siemens Mendix domain) o Minimum 6+ years of software development experience o Hands-on development experience in Mendix platform and at least 5 years working experience in Mendix Platform o Has web development experience and proficient in programming languages such as Java or .Net o Strong knowledge in SQL o Develop screens/reports using Mendix platform o Should have experience integrating Mendix with MES platform such as Opcenter Execution Core o Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using APIs and web services. o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mendix applications. o Flexibility to work with overlapping onsite/offshore time zones Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mendix, Opscenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office (flexible) - A 15 years full-time education is required
