Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects in Ahmedabad. You will lead a team in the end-to-end software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP EWM applications. o Provide technical expertise in SAP ABAP development to support the creation and migration of SAP EWM applications. o Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for SAP EWM applications. o Identify and mitigate risks associated with the development and deployment of SAP EWM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: o Proficiency in SAP ABAP development, OO ABAP, and the EWM framework. o Strong knowledge of development within the SAP EWM module (User Exits, BAdIs, development of extensions, forms, RF/ITS-Mobile, PPF, EWM Monitor, MFS, etc.). o Good understanding of EWM-specific document flow. o Experience in designing and building SAP EWM applications. o Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionality and its integration with other SAP modules. o Experience with SAP EWM implementation methodologies and best practices. o Experience integrating SAP EWM with non-SAP systems. Additional Information: o The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in ABAP development and at least 4 years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management. o The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. o A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required. Advantageous: o Knowledge of UI5 development in SAP (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Fiori). o Experience or knowledge in warehouse logistics is advantageous. o Familiarity with the SAP EWM module or related modules such as WM, YL, TM, or MM/IM (customizing and user knowledge). o Understanding of warehouse automation (material flow systems) and robotics.
