Full Stack Engineering Team Lead

Requirements

Experience in full stack development using Java, .NET, or Node.js along with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)

Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and agile development practices

Experience in leading code reviews, design discussions, and resolving technical issues

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for application deployment

Understanding of DevOps practices including containerization and infrastructure basics

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across front-end and back-end components

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications with focus on quality and reusability

Guide team on technical design, architecture decisions, and adherence to coding standards

Ensure timely delivery of features by collaborating with business analysts and testers

Participate in hands-on development and lead code reviews to maintain code quality

Integrate applications with APIs, third-party services, and cloud platforms

Mentor junior developers and plan their technical growth

Align development efforts to client priorities, timelines, and cost goals

Drive automation, performance optimization, and operational efficiency in codebase
