Position Overview
As a Customer Experience Agent (CEA), you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and information regarding products and services.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving -- primarily over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries related to products, services, pricing, and company policies
Resolve customer issues and complaints with appropriate solutions
Explain product features, benefits, and availability
Handle customer orders, billing, and payment transactions
Update and maintain customer account information
Assist with returns and service exchanges
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure a positive and professional attitude at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service

Salary Package
For Freshers
CTC: ₹3,20,000 per annum
Take-Home: Approx. ?22,000/month
For Experienced Candidates
CTC: Up to ₹3,50,000 per annum
Take-Home: Approx. ?25,000/month
Perks -Nigh shift allowance 200 Per day( Need to clock in minimum 2hrs from 12.00AM to 6.00 AM) only then candidate will be eligible for Night Shift allowance -Variable Pay -Joining Bonus of 10,000 post completing 90 Days. -One way cab facility from 8.00 PM to 8.00 AM
