Accents Living is a leading home decor and furnishings company known for quality craftsmanship and personalized service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can manage both curtain installations and customer sales at our showroom.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for professional curtain installations at client sites and providing outstanding sales support in our showroom. This hybrid role requires strong hands-on skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a keen eye for design and detail.

Key Responsibilities:Installation Duties:

Conduct accurate on-site measurements and curtain installations. Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and safety of curtain fixtures. Communicate with clients to understand installation needs and preferences. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Troubleshoot any issues during or after installation.

Sales & Showroom Duties:

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom. Provide expert advice on curtain styles, fabrics, colors, and functionality. Create quotations, process orders, and follow up with clients. Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom. Collaborate with the design and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in curtain installation and/or home interior fittings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or retail experience is a strong advantage. Ability to read measurements and use installation tools safely. High level of responsibility and attention to detail. Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude. Willingness to work showroom hours and travel for installations as needed.
