Timings :

9AM - 6.30 PM

Working Days -

Monday to Friday (5 days Working)

Education Qualifications:

Graduate in any field with relevant training experience. Certification in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage

Job Purpose -

To deliver high-quality training to Center Teams, ensuring consistent implementation of Footprints standards and improving educator performance, child outcomes, and overall center quality.

Job Requirement -

The Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training to Center Teams to ensure consistent implementation of Footprints standards. The role involves conducting online and offline trainings, preparing training materials, maintaining documentation, and supporting centers through feedback-based improvement. The Trainer will work closely with the Training Manager, Chief Delivery Officer, and Center Teams to enhance teaching practices, operational efficiency, and overall center performance. The role also includes auditing training sessions (where required), aligning training with center performance gaps, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance with all training processes and documentation standards.

Skills -

1. Strong communication and presentation skills

2. Ability to conduct engaging online and offline training sessions

3. Good understanding of early childhood education practices (preferred)

4. Strong documentation and report-writing skills

5. Ability to create training materials (PPTs, handouts, videos)

6. Observation and feedback-giving skills

7. Basic analytical skills to identify training gaps

8. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace

9. Ability to manage multiple trainings, timelines, and documentation

10. Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability

11. Strong coordination and follow-through skills

12. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle diverse learners
