The Category Impact Lead is responsible for driving the overall impact and success of programs within their category. This role involves strategic planning, program development, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the company's business and learner success goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Leadership:
Lead the Impact Team for the category, taking full ownership of impact metrics and ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
Strategic Program Development:
Identify, propose, and plan new courses and programs based on industry trends, evolving skill demands, and placement needs to support business growth.
Business Insight & Course Design:
Translate business requirements and skill gap analyses into actionable and market-relevant course designs focused on learner success.
Collaboration & Partnerships:
Build and maintain strategic content partnerships to support new course launches and enhance the category's reach and impact. Provide the marketing team with insights on user personas and demand trends.
Best Practice Implementation:
Work closely with the Program Manager to establish and maintain high standards, processes, and practices for delivering impactful learning experiences.
Commitment to Goals:
Drive the team to achieve impact targets, ensuring high-quality courses and strong learner outcomes across the category.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
