About the Position: The Curriculum Manager - University Access is a key role for ensuring the high-impact implementation of University Access projects. This person is responsible for knowledge repositories, program design documents, and assessment and facilitation toolkits. The role involves working with the CEO to analyze ongoing initiatives, the Lead Program Design to develop annual roadmaps, and the Project Manager to design cohort and location-specific programs. The Curriculum Manager will also incorporate innovative practices like gamification, learning-by-doing, and community animation into the programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop University Access Curriculum: This includes synthesizing existing knowledge resources, incorporating global and national best practices, and building and maintaining key design knowledge pieces such as Theory of Change, Logframe, and assessments.
Manage Knowledge Partners: You will coordinate with mentors, alumni, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design sessions and collaborate with expert institutions and universities to refine the curriculum. You will also lead the annual university access report, which tracks longitudinal impact and captures insights.
Build Team Capacity: This involves conducting orientations and refreshers for virtual and field teams, and supporting fundraising and donor management teams by communicating program insights. You will also manage the organizational knowledge repository.
