Key Responsibilities Curriculum Planning & Development
Design, review, and update yearly curriculum plans aligned with
CBSE standards & NEP 2020
.
Develop scope and sequence, month-wise planners, learning outcomes, and competency-based lesson plans.
Ensure integration of life skills, art, sports, and experiential learning.
Academic Monitoring
Conduct classroom observations and share feedback for instructional improvement.
Ensure timely completion of lesson plans, teaching aids, academic documentation, and student notebooks.
Monitor syllabus completion, unit plans, remedial classes, and academic reports.
Teacher Training & Support
Plan and conduct
in-house training
, demo classes, and mentoring sessions.
Support teachers in classroom management, assessment strategies, and technology usage.
Identify training needs and coordinate with CBSE training programs.
Assessment & Examination
Oversee formation of question papers as per CBSE blueprint and competencies.
Coordinate with departments for periodic tests, evaluations, and result analysis.
Ensure proper documentation of assessments, enrichment activities, and remedial interventions.
CBSE Compliance & Documentation
Maintain academic records as required by CBSE (SQAAF, audits, academic files).
Assist in preparing documents for inspections, curriculum audits, and affiliation requirements.
Parent Communication
Attend PTMs, address academic queries, and communicate learning progress effectively.
Prepare academic notices, circulars, planners, and newsletters.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's Degree.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in CBSE curriculum planning or academic coordination.
Strong understanding of
NEP 2020, CBE, and CBSE academic norms
.
Excellent communication skills (English), leadership qualities, and analytical ability.
Proficiency in MS Office 365, Google Workspace, and digital learning tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in teacher mentoring and classroom audits.
