Ensure all classes assigned deliver the curriculum in accordance with the guidelines and parameters established.
Demonstrate knowledge/education in working with primary and secondary children
Ensuring that the lesson plans are available with the Teachers and they go through the same and are prepared for the class.
Ensure that learning environment, resources and training program provided is consistent with requirements.
Supervise, train and mentor the teachers in order to ensure most effective use of the curriculum and learning resources.
Send regular feedback at the end of a lesson plan, volume / unit plan to the Principal
