Key Responsibilities

Create lesson plans, modules, worksheets, assessments and instructional aids aligned with learning objectives and standards. Review and update existing curriculum content for relevance, quality and alignment with current guidelines. Collaborate with teachers, subject experts, and academic coordinators to ensure standardisation and coherence across the curriculum. Integrate digital resources, multimedia content and interactive tools into curriculum materials. Conduct needs assessments and research to inform curriculum design and effectively meet learner requirements. Ensure alignment with national/state education frameworks (e.g., NEP 2020, NCF), board requirements and age-appropriate pedagogies. Monitor feedback from teachers/students and use data (e.g., assessments, surveys) to make continuous improvements to curriculum. Maintain version control of lesson plans, curriculum documents and resource libraries; manage documentation of revisions and updates. Support training of teachers or staff on implementation of new lesson plans or curriculum changes. Stay updated with education trends, instructional design methods, technology tools and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed), Curriculum & Instruction, or related field; Master's (M.Ed) preferred. Some experience in curriculum development, lesson planning or teaching (internship, freshers with strong potential also welcome). Good knowledge of NEP 2020, NCF frameworks and board education standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (Hindi/local) is a plus.
