CA- RM
Acquire new current account customers (SMEs, traders, corporates, self-employed professionals).
Generate leads through market visits, cold calls, references, and branch walk-ins.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA, term deposits, and other banking products.
Promote and sell banking products like cash management, trade & forex, insurance, loans, and merchant solutions.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
Build long-term relationships with newly acquired customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients for their financial and transactional needs.
Understand the local market, industry segments, and competition to strategize customer acquisition.
Plan sales activities, participate in promotional events, and enhance visibility in the catchment area.
Ensure accurate KYC, documentation, and adherence to bank policies and RBI regulations.
Maintain updated customer records in CRM systems

Pay: ₹389,133.31 - ₹1,484,494.27 per year
