Job Responsibilities:1. Supervision of Curing Activities:

Monitor and ensure timely curing of all structural elements - slabs, walls, columns, lift cores, etc. Follow curing schedules for each floor as per structural casting cycle. Assign and guide curing labour teams for water ponding, gunny bag covering, or chemical curing methods.

2. Quality Assurance:

Ensure proper curing duration is maintained to avoid cracks, shrinkage, or surface defects. Avoid overexposure of fresh concrete to sun or wind without initial curing.

3. Coordination:

Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC team to plan curing immediately after de-shuttering. Maintain curing schedules floor-wise and notify teams of any delays or rework required.

4. Safety & Site Hygiene:

Ensure safe practices during water curing activities on high-rise structures. Maintain cleanliness and avoid water spillage on walkways or electrical panels.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily curing logs for each floor and element (slab/wall/column). Submit curing status reports to site engineers for inspection and records. Assist in closure of QA/QC checklists related to curing compliance.

Key Skills Required:

Good knowledge of curing methods in Mivan construction. Ability to manage curing teams and understand concrete behavior. Basic understanding of structural sequence and safety norms.
