We are looking for an experienced Cup Filler Machine Operator to operate and maintain cup filling machines in our dairy plant. The role involves ensuring hygienic, accurate, and efficient filling of dairy products in compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor cup filling and sealing machines for dairy products
Set up machines, adjust parameters, and handle changeovers
Ensure accurate filling quantity and proper sealing of cups
Monitor product quality, hygiene, and packaging standards
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams
Carry out CIP (Clean-in-Place) and routine machine cleaning
Maintain production records, batch logs, and shift reports
Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and safety guidelines
Minimize product wastage, spillage, and downtime
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the filling area
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
Experience
3-5 years of experience operating cup filling machines
Experience in dairy or food & beverage plants preferred
Skills
Knowledge of automated and PLC-based filling machines
Understanding of dairy hygiene and food safety standards
Willingness to work in shifts
Good teamwork and basic reporting skills
