About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare food to recipe specifications in a timely manner
2. Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed, as well as keep the workstation and cooking equipment clean, organized & sanitized
3. Ensure that food temperatures are maintained and the food is stored properly
4. Ensure compliance with food safety standards
5. Work on following and upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations
6. Work on all other duties assigned
