: Biology Faculty - CUET (UG) Preparation

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate

Chemistry and Biology Faculty

to teach and mentor students preparing for the

Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG)

. The faculty member will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons, preparing students for CUET syllabus, developing assessments, and helping students improve their conceptual understanding and examination performance.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Biology or chemistry topics as per the CUET-UG syllabus. Design lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources (slides, notes, quizzes, model test papers). Conduct regular tests, assignments, and practice sessions; evaluate student performance and provide feedback. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes for students who need additional support. Use varied teaching methods to make complex concepts easy (interactive, visual aids, labs / models / virtual labs where possible). Stay updated with CUET trends: question patterns, exam format, difficulty levels, important topics. Mentor students on exam strategies: time management, presentation & answers, accuracy. Participate in faculty meetings, strategist planning for curriculum adjustments as per CUET changes. (If required) conduct classes in both online and offline modes; prepare digital content.
Qualifications and Skills

Education

: Master's degree (M.Sc.) in respective subject

Experience

: Minimum

1-3 years

of teaching / tuition / coaching experience, preferably with CUET / NEET / similar competitive exams in Biology. Strong conceptual clarity in all relevant Biology topics; ability to simplify difficult topics. Excellent communication skills (English & regional language, if applicable). Good at creating engaging learning environments; patience, mentoring attitude. Technology-competent: comfortable making presentations, using online teaching platforms / tools (Zoom / Google Meet etc.), creating video lectures etc.

Part-time. Mode: Hybrid. Location: laxmi Nagar
