Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced X-Ray / CT Technician to join our radiology team. The technician will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and CT scans, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiologic technology and excellent patient care skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Imaging:

Perform X-ray and CT scan procedures as per physician orders, ensuring high-quality images are produced.

Patient Preparation:

Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Equipment Operation:

Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly and safely.

Image Quality:

Review and evaluate images to ensure they meet diagnostic requirements, and report any issues to the supervising radiologist.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protocols to protect patients, staff, and oneself from unnecessary exposure.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of procedures performed, including patient information and imaging results.

Collaboration:

Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Patient Care:

Provide compassionate care to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience during imaging procedures.

Qualifications:

Graduation/Diploma in X-ray and Imaging Technology or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in radiography and CT scan procedures strongly preferred. Valid certification and licensure as a Radiologic Technologist

Skills Required:

Proficiency in operating X-ray and CT scan equipment. Strong understanding of radiologic principles and safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail and image analysis skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations. Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting.

Job Location: Patna, Bihar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
