Location for the Role : Mumbai / Bangalore /NCR
Client Technical Solutioner \xe2\x80\x93 CTS is Kyndryl\xe2\x80\x99s key interface to the clients to understand the business requirements related to Infrastructure Managed Services covering management domains such as Private / Public Cloud management, Network management, End User Services / Digital Workplace Services, Asset Management, IT Service Management (Service Desk / Incident / Problem / Change / SLA / SLO / KPI etc) This requires consultative pre-sales engagements with the client with the Client to architect the solution.

Job role requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. Consultant is required to anticipate, create and define an innovative technical solution which matches customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and IBM\xe2\x80\x99s tactical and strategic requirements.

Who You Are
Role \xe2\x80\x93 Client Technical Solutioner, Tools/Automation & AI
Client Technical Solutioner is Kyndryl\xe2\x80\x99s key Interface to Clients and is responsible to develop convincing technical solutions. This requires the solutioner to work closely with clients individually or jointly with multiple participating Kyndryl teams to design the solution.
Job role requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. The solutioner is required to anticipate, create and define an innovative technical solution which matches customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and is able to articulate the value proposition & solution differentiation to the client.

ITSM/EMS SKills
  • Strong experience & skills to analyse technical and non-technical requirements to define solutions especially translating customer requirements into technical documents (FR, NFR, HLD & LLD) highlighting the as-is situation, future predictions and ROI
  • Should be able to define end-to-end tooling architecture and functionality and demonstrate how it aligns to the Productivity & Strategy of the larger solution.
  • Should be able to design & define integrational aspects with the peripheral enterprise eco-system such as AD, Asset Management, HRP Systems, Procurement system, Opensource Community tools etc.
  • Capability to continuously seek & drive automation avenues and incorporate them across the tools solution to reduce cost, drive business value, improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Should be able to demonstrate proficiency in User Experience enhancement solutions such as End-user Monitoring, Self-Heal, Chatbot & Gamification across desktop / laptops & hand-held devices.
  • Should demonstrate experience in solutioning both Cloud / on-premise based solutions.


Technology Skills \xe2\x80\x93

hands-on solutioning experience in one or more suite of products from below:
  • Manage Engine / Symphony Summit / Service Now / Microfocus) across various modules esp. Problem, Incident, SLA, Change & Asset Management.
  • End-user monitoring, Chatbot, Self-Heal, Gamification & integration with ITSM suite.
  • Public Cloud & On-premise based solutioning.
  • Cognitive / AI based ITSM solutions.


Monitoring & Management suite & AI
  • Solutioning, Implementation and customisation experience in Monitoring and Event Management tools like Tivoli ITM, Netcool Omnibus, Prometheus/other cloud monitoring tools.
  • Integration experience with at least one ITSM tool - BMC Remedy/Service Now/ Microfocus
  • Solutioning Opensource monitoring tools like Elastisearch, Logstash, Kibana/Grafana, Zabbix , Ansible automation etc.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of DevOps monitoring & management tools.
  • Building AI ecosystem including with AI-start-ups and advisors.
  • Understanding of AIOps/DevOps IT tools assessments for customer engagements., Data Insights, Anomalies detection, Automation, Predictive Analytics etc.

Understanding of the development of business case for AIOps/DevOps for Operations and Management.

Role Based Skills
  • Demonstrate experience & understanding of any global standard of Solution Design Process & principles.
  • Should have a demonstratable client facing experience in requirement gathering, Solution Design & Sales engagement process in this domain.

  • Should have experience in writing proposals, responding to RFPs, RFIs and quality client presentations. Work closely with OEMs and partners to support the development of winning solutions at optimum cost.

Effectively interface with Sales and bid-management teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a consulting or advisory role, where you have provided strategic guidance and solutions to customers, can be beneficial
  • Knowledge of designing architectures for cloud environments, hybrid infrastructure, and integrating diverse systems
  • Experience in supporting sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development
