Receive and process digital files from design software (preferably Coral draw & Adobe Illustrator)
Adjust image settings, such as resolution, color profiles, and exposure times.
Convert digital files into a format suitable for plate exposure.
Should have knowledge about keyline making, bleed and die design.
Should hold knowledge about stereo design.
It is preferred if person has previous experience in corrugation industry.
Identify and correct any defects or errors in design / printing process
Maintain accurate records of plate production, job information, and maintenance logs.
Consider print production limitations and specifications to optimize designs for offset printing.
Prepare artwork for print production by ensuring accurate color profiles, resolution, and file formats.
Create print-ready files, including PDF files with appropriate bleed, crop marks, and color separations.
Proofread designs for errors and inconsistencies.
