Position Summary
We seek a strategic, handson leader to bridge vision and execution. The CTO/Product Lead will architect a scalable, secure platform while shaping a product roadmap that delivers measurable value to users across the supplychain and mobility ecosystem.
AIFirst / AIAssisted Development
Lead the adoption of AIassisted engineering and automation frameworks to enhance development velocity, quality, and scalability. Institutionalize AIfirst workflows across coding, testing, deployment, and observability using LLMassisted code generation, documentation, and intelligent review pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Leadership & Vision (CTO Mindset)
Define and execute technology strategy and architecture.
Champion scalability, security, reliability, and quality across the platform.
Own decisions on stack, processes, and infrastructure (cloud, microservices, data pipelines).
Represent technology to investors, partners, and clients; stay ahead on AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain.
2) Product Strategy & Execution (Product Mindset)
Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Maintain a prioritized, outcomesdriven roadmap aligned to market opportunities.
Translate customer and stakeholder inputs into PRDs, user stories, and prototypes.
Define and track product KPIs to guide decisions.
3) Technical Execution & Team Building
Be handson in early stages; build critical path features and frameworks.
Recruit, mentor, and scale a highperforming team (software, data, QA, DevOps).
Establish agile, CI/CD, code quality, and platform observability.
Ensure architecture handles realtime data, algorithms, and high transaction volumes
4) Domain Expertise (Mobility in Logistics)
Apply geospatial and routing algorithms for dynamic fleet optimization.
Leverage realtime telemetry for ETA prediction and disruption management.
Design UX for drivers, dispatchers, and shippers; implement IoT for asset tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years in software; 3+ in leadership (CTO/VP Eng/Tech Lead/Product Head).
Shipped products as a Product Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Fullstack engineering experience (Python/Java/Go/Node) and modern frontends.
Deep cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, and database design expertise.
Direct experience in mobility/logistics technology preferred.
