:
The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. This role works with Management to develop the company's strategy for using technological resources and help grow the company through the use of technological resources.
Establish the company's technical vision and leads all aspects of the company's technological development
xc3x98 Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company's culture, mission and values
xc3x98 Directs the company's strategic direction, development and future growth
xc3x98 Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
xc3x98 Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
xc3x98 Acts as a good steward of the organization's technical resources and ensures technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
xc3x98 Implement and manage the organization's ERP/SAP for retail management
xc3x98 integrating all stakeholders in the distribution and sales process
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will possess:
xc3x98 Masters in Technology with at least 15 years- experience managing the Information Technology function in the retail industry
xc3x98 Experience implementing an ERP in the retail industry mandatory
xc3x98 Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role
xc3x98 Should have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
xc3x98 Must have influencing and negotiation skills, well- developed interpersonal skills and should be a collaborative team player
xc3x98 Self-starter with high energy levels
xc3x98 Ability to think and act strategically under pressure
xc3x98 Flexible with work location and time
