Drive product technology strategy, product architecture and design and be the final authority on all
technology decisions.
Lead product engineering team by providing direction on day-to-day operations.
Work with product management in shaping the epics, features and user-stories.
Lead the technology-led innovation and introduce advanced features in the product and to keep
differentiating in the market place.
Conduct architecture/design/code reviews of products to make sure highest level of product quality is
accomplished.
Drive comprehensive IP strategy and execution for Alfahive that includes copyrights, trademarks and
patents.
Manage cost of engineering by continuously monitoring and optimizing cloud cost, database cost and
other costs related hardware & software tools.
Drive a rigorous product quality management process led by test automation, design reviews and
code reviews.
Drive all partnerships related to product engineering.
Responsible to recruiting, grooming, and sustaining a high-performance engineering team.
Responsible for product performance, security, availability & scalability
Evangelize product with prospects/customers/investors
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in building new age, cloud-based Cybersecurity SaaS product.
In depth experience and familiarity with agile PDLC and rapid product development
Experience in architecting SaaS products using Microsoft Azure or AWS or Google Cloud
Proficiency in designing & building microservices based architecture using frameworks like Java &
Spring Boot OR Python & Flask
Experience in building SaaS products using modern front-end technologies like React.js or Angular.js
Hands on experience in designing multi-tenant database using MongoDB Atlas
Experience in building BigData systems with structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
Experience in DevSecOps, build & release management.
Experience in scanning emerging technologies and applying them in the context of the product.
Experience in patent management process
Experience in working with multicultural team distributed across the globe.
Experience in building & leading product engineering teams.
