Job Type: Full-Time

Timings: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Experience: 1.5 years in a preschool or early years teaching role

Job Summary:

Petals Preschool, Nirman Vihar, is seeking a nurturing, CTET-qualified female teacher passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate should bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to help young children learn through structured play, storytelling, and interactive activities. A strong foundation in classroom management and child development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons for children aged 2-6 years.

Foster a safe, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment.

Track and report each child's learning progress and development milestones.

Communicate regularly with parents to share updates and address concerns

Integrate creative teaching methods including art, music, dance, and storytelling.

Support co-curricular and school events as part of the preschool team.

Maintain hygiene, discipline, and safety standards in the classroom.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Qualifications Required:

CTET Qualified (Paper I must).

Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (e.g., NTT, ECCE, DECE, Montessori).preferred

Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred).

Strong English communication and basic digital skills.
