Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced CTERA Administrator to manage and support CTERA Enterprise File Services (Portal & Gateways). The role requires deep expertise in cloud storage, backup, and enterprise data management solutions, with the ability to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot CTERA environments.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
? Strong expertise in CTERA Administration (Portal & Gateways)
? Experience with file sync & share, cloud storage gateways, backup solutions
? Hands-on with Windows/Linux server administration
? Integration knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO
? Familiarity with NAS/SAN, cloud storage, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
? Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
? Security, encryption, and compliance awareness
? Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus
? Excellent communication & ability to work independently in a remote setup
