Accurately type and edit dictated reports from radiologists for various scans (Ultrasound, CT, MRI, X-ray).

Enter patient details, scan results, and other information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) and maintain organized logs.

Ensure high accuracy (>98%), correct spelling, grammar, and adherence to medical formatting standards.

Handle appointments, inquiries, registration, and sometimes collect payments.

Maintain strict patient privacy according to healthcare regulations (HIPAA).

Manage front desk, answer calls, and assist with general office duties.
