JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : * CSSD Management

• Plan and manage inventory levels of materials
• Maintaining the instrument inventory & budgeting for new requirements
• Ensuring sterility of instruments & equipment.
• Managing duty rota & ensuring availability of staff in all shifts
• Accountability of material
• Submission of quality indicator of CSSD
• Maintaining all the records of CSSD
• In coordination with infection control nurse ensuring sterility of devices & free from contamination
• Ensuring proper receiving & distribution of material
• Maintaining inward & outward register
• Conducting training sessions
