to manage the cleaning, disinfection, packing, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment as per hospital and NABH standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & decontamination of instruments
Packing and assembling surgical sets
Operating Autoclave, ETO, and Plasma sterilizers
Performing CI, BI, and Bowie tests
Maintaining sterilization records & traceability
Supplying sterile trays/linen to OT & wards
Following infection control & safety protocols
Qualifications:
Diploma / Certificate in CSSD OR
Diploma / B.Sc. OT Technician OR
GNM/ANM with CSSD Training
Experience in CSSD preferred (freshers may apply)
Skills:
Knowledge of sterilization equipment
Basic infection control understanding
Ability to work in shifts
Teamwork & attention to detail
