Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced CSSD Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in CSSD and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all equipment is sterilized and disinfected according to established protocols. Maintain and monitor the sterilization equipment and processes. Prepare and assemble instruments and equipment for sterilization. Monitor and document the sterilization process. Ensure that all sterilized items are stored in a safe and secure manner. Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes. Ensure that all safety and infection control protocols are followed. Assist with the maintenance and repair of sterilization equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Diploma in CSSD or related field is a must. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of sterilization and disinfection processes. Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
