Job Description
:
Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, packing, and sterilizing surgical instruments and medical equipment. Ensures proper storage and supply of sterile items to all hospital departments, following infection control and safety standards.
Key Duties:
Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Operate and monitor autoclaves and other sterilization machines.
Maintain sterilization records and expiry labels.
Distribute sterile items to OT, ICU, and wards.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Qualification:
Diploma/Certificate in CSSD or Sterilization Technology.
1 -2 years of hospital experience preferred.
