Experience Required:

6 Months to 1Years (Mandatory - Hospital Experience)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Certification in CSSD Technology or relevant field.

6 Months to 1 years of experience

as a CSSD Technician in a

hospital setting

(mandatory). Basic understanding of hospital quality and infection control standards. Knowledge of sterilization methods, instrument handling, and quality documentation. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning, packing, sterilization, and distribution of surgical and medical instruments. Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners safely and efficiently. Ensure all sterilized items are properly labeled, stored, and tracked. Maintain documentation of sterilization cycles and equipment maintenance. Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols. Support surgical and nursing departments by ensuring timely supply of sterile instruments. Participate in audits, preventive maintenance, and quality improvement activities in CSSD.
