CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ( US CLIENTS )Profile: Customer Service SpecialistLocation: K10, Genda circle, Vadodara.Shift: Night shift- 5:30 pm - 3:30 am- 7:30 pm - 5:30 am- 9:30 pm - 7:30 amWorking Days: 5 days (Rotational week-offs)Detailsl Customer service specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well.l The role of the CSS will be to handle the International e-commerce projects, calls, emails, and chats of the customers; to be precise, they need to replicate the clients businesses like payroll handling, back-office work, e-commerce, content writing, etc.l Excellent in Written and Verbal English communication skills are required.l Skills which are necessary are to communicate with others, solve problems, demonstrate patience and understanding, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints.Other Key Skills: Handling Voice calls, chats, Email Management, Pay Per Click (PPC), E-commerce SEO, Amazon-eBay listings, C-Discount, Etsy, Onbuy, 3DSeller, Social media platforms like FB, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, YouTube, & Product uploading.Working with little to no supervision.Transportation: For transport between home and office, employees need to make their own arrangement at their own cost and responsibility.Training: On the Job training (One-on-one/Group training/Mentoring to gain industry knowledge and learn new tactics.)
