MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION AND INTERNATIONAL VOICE EXPERIENCE

Handle incoming calls and customer service inquiries efficiently. Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication. Resolve customer issues by diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and resources. Meet individual and team targets for service quality and call handling. Record customer interactions and maintain account documentation.
