Key Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding outstanding payments via phone, email, and chat Manage and monitor accounts receivable for international clients Resolve billing issues, disputes, and payment discrepancies professionally Negotiate payment plans while maintaining strong customer relationships Provide high-quality customer support and ensure a positive customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, customer support) to resolve issues Ensure compliance with company policies and international collection standards
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in

customer collections

or

accounts receivable

Background in

international customer support

Fluency in Spanish

(spoken and written) Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and empathetically High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
