Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding outstanding payments via phone, email, and chat
Manage and monitor accounts receivable for international clients
Resolve billing issues, disputes, and payment discrepancies professionally
Negotiate payment plans while maintaining strong customer relationships
Provide high-quality customer support and ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, customer support) to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and international collection standards
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in

Background in

Fluency in Spanish
