About the Role
AGAPE is seeking an experienced CSR Resource Mobilization Manager to develop new CSR funding, build long-term corporate CSR partnerships, and ensure compliance coordination, including utilization certificates.
This role requires a professional who can open new CSR doors, confidently engage corporate decision-makers, and responsibly steward partnerships after funding is secured.
This is not a purely coordination or servicing role.
Key Responsibilities
New CSR Resource Mobilization (Primary Focus)
Identify and research CSR-eligible companies across sectors
Build and manage a new CSR funding pipeline
Lead outreach to CSR Heads, Sustainability & ESG teams
Pitch Schedule VII-compliant, SDG-aligned projects
Drive proposals from first meeting to funding commitment
CSR Partnership Management
Serve as the primary relationship manager for corporate CSR partners
Support renewals, extensions, and multi-year partnerships
Maintain professional, timely communication with corporate stakeholders
Compliance & Documentation Coordination
Coordinate preparation and submission of:
Utilization Certificates
CSR financial and program documentation
Work with finance and program teams to ensure compliance with:
Companies Act, 2013 - Schedule VII
Corporate CSR requirements
Proposal & Reporting Alignment
Customize CSR concept notes and proposals
Align projects to relevant UN SDGs (e.g., SDG 1, 2, 3, 4, 10)
Support impact narratives required by corporate partners
5+ years experience in CSR fundraising / resource mobilization
Demonstrated success in closing new CSR funding
Hands-on experience managing CSR partnerships
Working knowledge of:
Companies Act, 2013 - Schedule VII
UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Utilization certificates and CSR documentation
Strong corporate communication and negotiation skills
