Job Purpose



The CSR Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The role ensures alignment of CSR programs with organizational values, statutory requirements, and measurable community impact.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute the company's CSR strategy in line with legal requirements and organizational goals. Identify and manage CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, environment, women empowerment, and community development. Collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders for program execution. Drive employee volunteering initiatives and engagement activities. Monitor CSR projects for efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and impact assessments for management and statutory compliance. Ensure compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act (CSR rules in India) and other relevant guidelines. Manage CSR budgets, evaluate proposals, and ensure timely disbursement and utilization of funds. Represent the organization at CSR forums, events, and external stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications & Skills



Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Sustainability, or related field. 5+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or social development projects. Strong knowledge of CSR laws, ESG frameworks, and sustainability reporting. Proven experience in project management and stakeholder relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report social impact. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of integrity.
