Key Responsibilities and Skills:

1.Providing overall leadership and direction to the CSR team of TCE with a focus on transformational CSR through TCE Cares Foundation across TCEs the Indian locations.
2.Building strategic and operational roadmap for TCE Cares Foundation.
3.Ensuring that the social development projects are in alignment with the local community need analysis, issues of state and national priority, Sustainable Development Goals and vision of TCE.
4.Creating structures, systems and processes for project conceptualization, partner identification, due diligence, community inclusion, program assessment and enhancement.
5.Leading annual budget preparation and on-going budget management.
6.Facilitating regular monitoring of projects and financial utilization and ensuring need-based course corrections.
7.Facilitating compliances such as internal and statutory audit, various annual filings, adherence to TCEs SOPs, authority matrices and brand guidelines.
8.Facilitating board level reporting and contribution into annual reports of TCE Group Companies.
9.Creating knowledge sharing platform, adapting good practices in TCE\xe2\x80\x99s programs, identifying needs of capacity building of team members, partner organizations and ensuring the same through inhouse or external trainings
10.Facilitating internal communication through intranet, annual updates, mailers, on-boarding and external communication through dissemination workshops, booklets, films, website and social media
11.Creating and amplifying image of TCE internally and externally and through various social activities strengthening TCE brand.
12.Nurturing project champions within employees through capacity building and handholding sessions.
13.Anchoring employee volunteering program, curating volunteering opportunities, facilitating volunteer sensitization sessions, developing communication material and generating stories of change.
14.Leading team management initiatives including recruitment, goal setting, driving performance efficiency, providing regular value-addition in sub-team targets, key deliverables and individual development plans.
15.Working closely with corporate teams such as Finance, HR, Legal, Secretarial, Audit
16.Facilitating programmatic and financial reporting to the Board Members, CSR committees and Senior Leadership of TCE group companies.
17.Liasoning with relevant Govt bodies, implementing organizations, corporates and other entities.
