About the Role

We're looking for a

dynamic and experienced CSR Fundraising Manager

to lead our corporate partnerships and fundraising strategy. This role is ideal for someone with strong

leadership, networking, and proposal development skills

--who can align corporate CSR priorities with LCF's mission.

You'll be at the forefront of our

corporate fundraising efforts

, building relationships, driving donor engagement, and supporting proposal development, while ensuring annual fundraising targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support LCF's corporate fundraising strategy Identify and secure new CSR partnerships (domestic and international) Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and donor communication materials Maintain fundraising MIS and track progress against targets Lead donor engagement, retention, and reporting processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams on grant opportunities and reporting Represent LCF at networking events, CSR forums, and donor meetings Stay updated on fundraising trends, CSR regulations, and relevant sectors

Who We're Looking For

4-7 years of experience in

fundraising, CSR partnerships.

Postgraduate degree (preferably in Management, Development Studies, or related fields) Strong written and verbal communication skills Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and build stakeholder relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM tools Passionate about social impact and youth empowerment Organized, self-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet targets
