Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing CSR strategies, identifying social/environmental issues, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and values.
Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee CSR initiatives like community development, environmental management, and employee volunteering.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with NGOs, government, and communities; manage communication with employees, partners, and the public.
Reporting & Monitoring: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness and impact of CSR activities, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to integrate CSR into branding and internal communications.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of CSR principles, sustainability, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance).
Strong project management, organizational, and event management skills.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience with digital tools and social media for promotion.
