Job description

Candidate must have a working experience of minimum 2-3 years with an NGO.

CSR Coordination for existing projects Develop and implement CSR strategy and programs Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects Manage CSR budgets and resources Build relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies Develop communication materials for CSR initiatives Prepare and present reports on CSR activities and impact Establish metrics to evaluate CSR program effectiveness Stay updated on CSR trends and best practice Excellent skills in Proposal and report writing Coordinating with CSR partners on project updates, events at various plantation sites and any other requirements

Preferred skills:

A Master's degree - MBA in any specialization or Master in Social Work is often preferred.

Working knowledge of MS Excel Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Analytical thinking and ability to deal with high pressure situations Excellent proposal writing skills

Salary

- 35000 to 40000 Per month
