• Sales activities- Quotation to Payment realization
• Order handling - End-to-End Order Management, & Order Fulfillment
• New product development
• Complaint handling- Responsible for creating customer complaint notification and on time closing with full satisfaction of customer need.
• Keep updating to Sales team and Customers for the regular & forthcoming shipments.
• Keep tracking with Production, Sales & Internal Logistics team for the Delivery.
• Issuing reports according to needs from various leadership in Regional / Local
• Work on SAP\xe2\x80\x99s SD Module Application for Processing & Executing Quotation & Sales Orders.
• Responsible for shipment planning and coordination with various cross functional teams both locally and globally.
• Maintain various official records (Manual and computerized) and correspondence details.
• Ability to take the accountability of handling the required projects-Coordinate a project from inception to conclusion with timely status updates. Provide overall technical solutions as warranted for project challenges.
• Responsibility of supporting India commercial team by executing processes e.g. Annual Budgeting in system, compiling/reporting of monthly sales analysis file to fit in stakeholder needs and deliver within timeline.
• Great communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving skill set.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Any Graduate, however science graduate is preference with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Skills: Ready to work as individual contributor role, Experience in Import & Export knowledge, Co-ordinatinting for documentation from different departments. Should know the process from manufacturing till Shipment
