Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and implement

CSR programs and initiatives

aligned with organizational values and social impact goals. Lead

project management activities

, including budgeting, timelines, resource allocation, and monitoring. Build strong partnerships with

NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations

. Coordinate with

internal teams

to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations. Develop frameworks for

impact assessment

and ensure measurable outcomes of programs. Prepare and present CSR project reports, proposals, and presentations to management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. Organize awareness campaigns, social drives, and community outreach activities. Foster employee engagement in CSR initiatives through volunteering and participation. Act as the primary liaison for external stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust.

and organizational skills. Strategic planning and program development expertise. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of CSR laws, compliance, and reporting (preferred). Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field. 2-7 years of experience in CSR, NGO management, or community development projects. Proven experience in designing and executing large-scale social impact programs.
