Responsibilities

Identify, engage & acquire

CSR donors (Education & IT/ITES skilling)

Build partnerships & prepare proposals/pitch decks Manage project execution, liaise with donors & internal teams Conduct field visits, beneficiary interactions & support training initiatives Deliver timely reports & documentation

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work / Education / Development Studies or related

4+ years CSR experience

in donor acquisition, fundraising & project management Background in

EdTech / Digital Skilling / IT/ITES training projects

Strong communication, relationship-building & presentation skills Knowledge of CSR regulations (Companies Act, 2013) Comfortable with travel & fieldwork; MS Office proficient
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per month
